Budget and quote
How much does a corporate event in Warsaw cost?
Ready-made packages start at PLN 359 for 4–6 people and include savoury and hot snacks with alcohol and soft drinks. Further options are PLN 699 for 6–8, PLN 989 for 8–10, PLN 1,299 for 10–12 and PLN 1,999 for 12–15 people. We prepare an individual quote for larger teams.
Packages include food and drinks. Pool tables are charged separately at PLN 50 per table per hour, regardless of the number of players. Full bar prices are in theprice list.
Practicalities
Invoice, date and arrangements
We issue company invoices — simply provide the details when arranging the event. The contact form has a separate company website field, which helps us verify the enquiry and prepare the offer.
For a larger group or exclusive venue hire, enquire in advance. Tell us the group size, preferred date and whether you need the whole venue; we will reply with a specific proposal.
Choosing the right time
A weekday or weekend team social?
Monday to Thursday we open at 18:00 and stay open until midnight — the quietest time for a team social. On Friday and Saturday we are open until 02:00, but early booking is advisable.
Wednesdays have their own rhythm because at 18:00 the open pool tournamentbegins. Some teams see it as an advantage; others may prefer a different day, so keep it in mind when planning.
